Soft & Healthy Millet Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Sorghum Idli Rawa: 3 cups
  • Black Gram Dal (Urad Dal): 1 cup
  • Salt: To taste

Preparation Method

  1. Soak black gram dal overnight and grind into a smooth batter.
  2. Wash sorghum idli rawa and mix it with the batter.
  3. Add salt and allow the batter to ferment well.
  4. Pour the batter into greased idli molds.
  5. Steam for 15–20 minutes until soft and fluffy.
  6. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
