🥞 Sorghum Idli
Soft & Healthy Millet Breakfast
Ingredients
- Sorghum Idli Rawa: 3 cups
- Black Gram Dal (Urad Dal): 1 cup
- Salt: To taste
Preparation Method
- Soak black gram dal overnight and grind into a smooth batter.
- Wash sorghum idli rawa and mix it with the batter.
- Add salt and allow the batter to ferment well.
- Pour the batter into greased idli molds.
- Steam for 15–20 minutes until soft and fluffy.
- Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
