Ingredients

  • Rice Starch Soup: As required
  • Salt: To taste

Preparation Method

  1. Mix sorghum flour with lukewarm water carefully to avoid lumps.
  2. Add rice starch soup and salt to the mixture.
  3. Cook for 15–20 minutes until it thickens.
  4. Allow it to cool before consuming.
  5. For better taste, ferment overnight in an earthen pot and consume the next day.
