These terms apply when you use our website or place an order. Please read them with our Returns, refunds and cancellations policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over any inconsistent term.

Using the store

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the store with the supervision of an adult who places the order and accepts responsibility for it. Provide accurate order and contact information. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders or use its content unlawfully.

Products and food information

We aim to describe products accurately. Photographs are illustrative; natural ingredients, packaging and batch appearance may vary. A variation does not excuse supplying a product that is materially different from its description.

Read the current product label, ingredients, allergen information, storage instructions, preparation directions and best-before or expiry date before use. Do not assume that a product is suitable for a particular allergy or dietary need unless the relevant information confirms it. Contact us before purchasing if information needed for your decision is unclear. Orders, prices and payment

The products, pack sizes, applicable taxes, shipping charges and total payable are presented during checkout. Check these before paying. Prices and offers may change for future orders; they do not change an already accepted order.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order. We may decline or cancel an order for a reasonable reason, such as unavailable stock, an unserviceable address, a clear listing error, failed payment or a substantiated fraud concern. We will notify you and refund amounts paid for anything not supplied. If a correction changes a material term, we will obtain your agreement before proceeding. We will not replace an ordered product with another without your agreement.

Offers apply only on their stated terms. The checkout total and a discount actually applied to the order should be checked before payment. A conflicting promotional message does not remove any remedy for misleading information under applicable law.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Delivery estimates, cancellation requests and remedies for product or delivery issues are governed by the policies linked above. We do not exclude refunds or other remedies that the law requires. Please contact customer support promptly if there is an issue.

Website content and submitted material

Our original website content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the website for personal shopping; commercial reproduction requires the relevant owner's permission. We may update these terms for future use and orders by posting a revised version and date. An update does not retrospectively reduce commitments or rights that apply to an existing order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
