🥞 Sorghum Dosa
Crispy & Healthy Millet Dosa
Ingredients
- Sorghum Grain: 3 cups
- Black Gram Dal (Urad Dal): 1 cup
- Salt: To taste
- Oil: For shallow frying
Preparation Method
- Soak sorghum grain and black gram dal, then grind together into a smooth batter.
- Add salt and allow the batter to ferment well.
- Heat a dosa tawa and apply a teaspoon of oil.
- Pour the batter and spread into a thin round dosa.
- Cook until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney.
