Ingredients

  • Sorghum Grain: 3 cups
  • Black Gram Dal (Urad Dal): 1 cup
  • Salt: To taste
  • Oil: For shallow frying

Preparation Method

  1. Soak sorghum grain and black gram dal, then grind together into a smooth batter.
  2. Add salt and allow the batter to ferment well.
  3. Heat a dosa tawa and apply a teaspoon of oil.
  4. Pour the batter and spread into a thin round dosa.
  5. Cook until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with chutney.
