🥣 Millet Flakes Koozh

Ingredients
- Millet Flakes (any): 1 cup (100 g approx)
- Curd: ½ cup
- Onion: As required (finely chopped)
- Salt: As required
Water Ratio for Flakes
- Thinai, Samai, Varagu, Kuthiraivalli (Small flakes) → 1 cup flakes : ¾ cup water
- Kambu, Red Cholam & Traditional Rice (Large flakes) → 1 cup flakes : 1¼ cup water
Preparation Method
- Take 1 cup of millet flakes and grind coarsely (or use as it is).
- Add 1½ cups of hot water and soak for 10 minutes.
- Allow it to cool, then add curd or buttermilk.
- Adjust consistency by adding water as needed.
- Add chopped onion and salt. Mix well.
- Serve cool. Makes approximately 4 glasses of koozh.
