🥞 Millet Idli / Dosa
Healthy Fermented Millet Batter

Ingredients
- Millet (any): 1 cup
- Urad Dal: ¼ cup
- Fenugreek: ½ tsp
- Salt: 1 tsp
Preparation Method
- Wash millet once. Wash urad dal and fenugreek separately and soak for 1 hour.
- Grind millet separately. Grind urad dal and fenugreek separately into a smooth batter.
- Mix both batters, add salt, and allow to ferment for 8 hours.
- Prepare soft idlis or crispy dosas using the fermented batter.
